Popularity is one thing that people don't really think about unless you are a girl in school. So it is considered simple. To a girl (and some guys) if they aren't popular they are considered not in "The Group" and they feel like they aren't good enough. But me and some of my friends (OK a friend) were talking and we came up with this.
- Being popular doesn't matter. It's the type of friends you have and your friendship that matters.
- You may want to be part of "The Group" but that doesn't mean that you should be.
- If you become part of "The Group" those girls probably won't be the best friends that you've ever had.
So it doesn't matter if you are popular or not. As long as you have friends it will be alright.
I like this.
ReplyDeleteIt's better to have a few very good friends (and be a good friend as well) than a lot of acquaintances that make you feel like part of the crowd.

Thanks. Azana and I have decided to not try to be popular but if we become popular that's great but it's better to just be friends.
